At Lalani & Co, we adore Japanese teas, sourcing high quality matcha from organic family run gardens in Kyoto and Kyushu.

The highest grade matchas in our tea library are picked form a single-varietal, from single-gardens, and stone-milled in the traditional way.

Our craft matcha whisks are handmade in Master Kubo's workshop in Nara. Master Kubo has been making matcha whisks in his family for 24 generations. Each whisk is cut from a piece of naturally grown black bamboo, dried for 2-5 years.
